Availability & Incident Support
We work to keep Swae available 99.9% of the time (measured monthly, excluding holidays and weekends and scheduled maintenance), and have <24 hour turn around response time for customer support to triage and close reported issues. Your organization demands reliability and uptime. Our Continuity and Disaster Recovery Program ensures that in the event of a disruption to the Swae platform, the impact on you is reduced to an absolute minimum
Customers may initiate a help-desk ticket during Support Hours (weekdays during the hours of 9:00 am through 5:00 pm Pacific time, with the exclusion of Federal Holidays) by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Our team at Swae will exercise every reasonable effort to respond to all Helpdesk tickets within one (1) business day or <24 hours from original receipt, but it’s usually much faster and more responsive than this.
Swae’s Failover Backup System automatically performs daily application and database backups. Our engineering team is relentless when it comes to preventing potential points of failure.
